Return Policies

Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for return address. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase. 
Items must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached.

What's in the pack

Fairly traded and made in Nepal this beautiful bowl is made from bell bronze. Made in the traditional way, the hand-hammering process creates warm and rich harmonics. These bowls are larger and produce lower tones, depending on how they are played. They may also produce a higher sound when the bottom is damped or a different wand is used. These bowls are more relaxing than energising (although if you can play the higher harmonics in the bowl you can use the sound to energise as well). If you order a hand-selected set Lyz will make sure that there is at least one bowl that wah wahs in your set. You will also get one small wooden and suede wand per bowl, in the case of two or more bowls being ordered, total number of wands will be the maximum of two. A percentage of the profits from the sales of Himalayan singing bowls goes to support communities in Nepal. You can also choose to add mallets and/or wands (we recommend adding a chunky wand as this is a larger bowl). You can also add a bag if you want something to hold your special items.

For 1-2-1 body work: You will also need our Himalayan Bowl Gripper — essential for safe on-the-body sessions.
